The  Westshore Metchosen Yoga Studio is located in the home of the owner, Suzanne Tremblay, right on the waterfront of Parry Bay in Metchosin. Students are welcome to sit on the beach before or after class.

In Iyengar Yoga, students use props (wall, brick, foam chips) to achieve the best spine alignment for maximum health benefit. See more
