Class Schedule

The studio is temporarily closed for in-person classes. We offer online classes at this time, and until further notice.

If you wish to participate in a class, you need to register in advance and have paid (by etransfer) for the classes you wish to attend. Email me to register at

For all classes, you will need basic yoga equipment: a mat, a couple of bricks, a bolster, one and preferably two yoga belts, a minimum of 3 yoga blankets or equivalent (large towels work well), a chair (it doesn’t have to be a “yoga chair”) and for most classes, the props you require as sarvangasana (shoulderstand) platform. You will also need a wall section free of furniture or pictures.
